REFUND & REVISION POLICY
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our styling services, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a styling service has been purchased.
Each styling service includes one (1) complimentary lookbook revision. Revision requests must be submitted via email to gratifieddesigns@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your completed lookbook delivery.
Revision requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for the complimentary revision and may be subject to an additional fee.
The complimentary revision is limited to adjustments based on the original styling request and does not include a complete redesign, new style direction, or additional outfit concepts beyond those included in the purchased service.
